Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident, supported, and happy with your ThruHim Creative™ purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to us at shop@thruhimcreative.com.

Because our products are personal, intentional, and often used as keepsakes or daily tools, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

That said, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. We are happy to offer a replacement, return, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the incorrect item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To request assistance, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Sticker books once unsealed or used

  • Digital products or digital add-ons

  • Orders affected by shipping delays or carrier issues

Approved resolutions will be issued as a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for where to send your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status and your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, and it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@thruhimcreative.com and we’ll be happy to assist to you.
