If an order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.
Tracking Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, ThruHim Creative is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

Damaged Items During Shipping

Pre-Orders
